Payments, delivery days & methods:

Free delivery to all UK destinations!

We send our saffron via Royal Mail First Class or Second Class. (If you choose the first class Royal Mail, an additional fee will be charged).

Shipments usually will be done 24 hours after making the order.

Please contact before international delivery. orders are posted as soon as payment is received.

we are not responsible for delivery problems if the address you provided when ordering was incorrect.

 

Missing & Damaged orders:

Assuming you get a harmed or inadequate item and don't want for a substitution, let us know at the hour of detailing the harm and we will give a discount as opposed to sending one more thing to supplant the harmed one.

Kindly hold any harmed things as we might demand that you send them back to us utilizing a prepaid envelope.

Cancellations & refunds policy

Please write to us before returning the order, receive documentation by mail and preferably use the original packaging. We cannot accept items that are returned unsold. All saffron products must have undamaged safety seals and packaging. Postage on return is non-refundable and is at your own expense.

If you wish to cancel the order, please write to us as soon as possible. You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving the goods.

Full refund will be given for returned goods. It must be in the original packaging with an intact seal. We will refund your money within 30 days after the item is returned in salable condition via the same original payment method. Before publishing, send an email and get a proof of publication. Shipping costs for returned items will be paid by the customer.
